OWL360 relies on the skills and talents of volunteers of all ages!! Youth, young adults, mid-lifers, and elders are welcome to apply - especially those who have a background working with young people (or young!). We value the intergenerational exchange in the coffeehouse and within the organization and recognize that each person at any age or stage of their life has something to offer.
We are in the early phases of onboarding volunteers. Please fill out the
Volunteer Form to start the process and
contact Zhaleh if you have questions or ideas about how you would like to volunteer.
We value your time and are committed to upholding a welcoming, inclusive, and healthy space for youth and young adults in Jefferson County. Thank you for your interest, patience, and enthusiasm as we create clear pathways of engagement for your gifts to support a vision of young people being well supported in our community!
In the meantime, please be sure to follow us on
Facebook &
Instagram. Come by
The Nest Coffeehouse during open hours to build relationships and enjoy the space.
See you there!!

Contact Hannah, Coffeehouse Manager, with any questions.
Our peer allies and outreach team are responsible for connecting with youth and young adults in Jefferson County and supporting their self empowerment while advocating for the basic rights. This can look like support to develop skills that lead to sustainable independence. Our approach is guided by a foundation of compassion and hope. Our peer allies (and staff) have training in deep listening, mental health first aid, and resource navigation, among other skills.
Peer allies work directly with youth and young adults to provide support and assistance. Support may include, but is not limited to, education, employment, housing, medical care, mental health, basic needs, supportive services and beyond. Sometimes, it's as simple as being a listening ear and supporting a next step.
Peer allies are guided by the voice of the person being supported – walking alongside them as they define their journey.
